Shipping policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Clean Shoes Club™, operated by Phiera LLC (“Clean Shoes Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, delivered, delayed, lost, returned, or otherwise handled.
By placing an order with Clean Shoes Club™, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Shipping Policy together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Processing time is separate from shipping or carrier transit time.
Processing may include:
-
payment verification;
-
fraud or risk review;
-
order verification;
-
inventory allocation;
-
address validation;
-
packaging;
-
fulfillment preparation;
-
and transfer to a shipping carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next applicable business day.
During peak periods, holidays, promotional events, unusually high order volume, inventory transitions, fraud reviews, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer than the typical 1–3 business-day period.
The 1–3 business-day processing timeframe is an estimate and does not constitute a guaranteed dispatch date unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Any shipping or delivery timeframe shown on our website, product pages, checkout, order confirmation, or other customer communication is an estimate unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.
Shipping or transit time generally begins after order processing has been completed and the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
For example, where a shipping estimate is stated as 5–9 business days, the typical 1–3 business-day processing period may apply separately unless the applicable page expressly states that processing is included.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate delivery estimates based on available fulfillment and carrier information.
Actual delivery times may vary.
Where no specific shipment timeframe has been communicated, orders will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
3. Estimated Delivery Is Not a Guaranteed Delivery Date
An estimated arrival date does not constitute a guarantee that a package will arrive on that exact date.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:
-
carrier congestion;
-
customs processing;
-
transportation disruptions;
-
weather;
-
natural disasters;
-
public holidays;
-
peak shopping periods;
-
local postal delays;
-
security inspections;
-
governmental restrictions;
-
inaccurate carrier scans;
-
labor disruptions;
-
fulfillment disruptions;
-
remote delivery locations;
-
or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A delay within a reasonable carrier transit period does not automatically mean that a package is lost.
4. Delayed Shipment Before Dispatch
If we determine that we cannot ship an order within a shipment timeframe that we expressly promised, we may contact the customer regarding the delay.
Where required by applicable law, customers will be given the option to:
-
consent to the revised shipment timeframe; or
-
cancel the affected unshipped order and receive an appropriate refund.
If we determine that an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
Nothing in this Policy permits us to retain payment indefinitely for merchandise that we cannot lawfully ship.
5. Orders Already in Transit
Once an order has been handed to a carrier and is actively in transit, it generally cannot be canceled, intercepted, modified, or rerouted by Clean Shoes Club™.
An order that is actively moving through the shipping network is not automatically eligible for an immediate refund solely because transit takes longer than initially estimated.
If the shipment later becomes lost or undeliverable, it will be handled under the applicable sections of this Policy.
6. Third-Party Fulfillment
Clean Shoes Club™ may use third-party:
-
fulfillment centers;
-
manufacturers;
-
suppliers;
-
warehouses;
-
logistics companies;
-
postal operators;
-
and shipping carriers.
Products may be processed or shipped from domestic or international fulfillment locations.
The return address, fulfillment address, carrier origin address, or sender address shown on a parcel may therefore differ from the business address of Phiera LLC.
Use of third-party fulfillment does not change Clean Shoes Club™'s role as seller where Clean Shoes Club™ is the merchant of record for the order.
7. International Fulfillment
Some products may be shipped from a fulfillment facility located outside the customer's country.
A foreign origin scan, international carrier, logistics partner, customs entry, or international tracking event does not by itself indicate that an order was incorrectly fulfilled.
Customers should rely on the tracking information supplied for their specific order.
8. Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after the order has been dispatched or after the carrier has generated the relevant tracking record.
Tracking information may take time to become active after a shipping label is created.
It is normal for tracking to show statuses such as:
-
label created;
-
information received;
-
pre-shipment;
-
awaiting carrier;
-
in transit;
-
customs processing;
-
handed to local carrier;
-
out for delivery;
-
or similar carrier-specific terminology.
A tracking delay or temporary lack of scans does not automatically mean that the parcel is lost.
9. Tracking Updates
Carrier tracking systems are operated by third parties and are outside our direct technical control.
Tracking may occasionally:
-
update late;
-
skip intermediate scans;
-
display estimated rather than actual locations;
-
show duplicate scans;
-
remain unchanged while the package continues moving;
-
or update only after transfer to another carrier.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or timing of carrier-generated tracking data, but we may assist customers in reviewing shipment status.
10. Split Shipments and Separately Fulfilled Items
An order containing multiple products, multiple units or quantities, bundles, promotional items, upsells, cross-sells, add-ons, or free gifts may be fulfilled from more than one supplier, warehouse, fulfillment center, or shipping facility and may therefore be shipped in more than one package.
This may include items added through cart offers, bundle upgrades, promotional rewards, free-gift offers, or similar purchase incentives.
Separate packages may:
-
have different tracking numbers;
-
arrive on different days;
-
use different carriers;
-
originate from different fulfillment facilities or countries;
-
and show different tracking or delivery timelines.
A purchased item, promotional item, free gift, or add-on may arrive before or after another item from the same order.
Receiving only part of a multi-package order does not necessarily mean that items are missing or that the order was incorrectly fulfilled.
Where separate tracking information is available, it may be provided individually for each package. Customers should review all available tracking information before submitting a missing-item claim.
11. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
This includes, where applicable:
-
recipient name;
-
street number;
-
street name;
-
apartment or unit number;
-
city;
-
state or province;
-
postal or ZIP code;
-
country;
-
and any other information reasonably necessary for successful delivery.
Clean Shoes Club™ is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Address Changes
If you discover an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at:
Because orders may enter fulfillment quickly, address-change requests should preferably be submitted within 30 minutes after purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but an address change is not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
Once an order has been dispatched, we generally cannot guarantee that the carrier will reroute it.
13. Orders Sent to an Incorrect Address Provided by the Customer
If an order is shipped to the address entered by the customer at checkout and delivery fails because that address was incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for delivery, the customer may be responsible for:
-
reshipping costs;
-
return-to-sender charges;
-
carrier charges;
-
customs costs;
-
or other reasonable expenses
where permitted by applicable law.
If carrier tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address supplied at checkout, the order will generally be treated as delivered, subject to the procedures in this Policy.
14. Address Errors Caused by Us
If we or our fulfillment partner materially alter a correct customer-supplied shipping address and that error causes the order to be misdelivered or returned, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy.
Customer-caused and merchant-caused address errors are treated differently.
15. Packages Marked “Delivered”
If tracking information provided by the carrier confirms that an order was delivered to the shipping address supplied at checkout, the order will generally be considered delivered.
If you cannot locate a package marked as delivered, please first check:
-
household members;
-
neighbors;
-
building reception;
-
property management;
-
mailrooms;
-
parcel lockers;
-
garages;
-
porches;
-
side or rear entrances;
-
other secure delivery locations;
-
and any delivery photograph or carrier notice.
Customers should also allow a reasonable period for carrier scan discrepancies where appropriate.
16. Claims for Packages Marked “Delivered”
A claim that a package cannot be located after the carrier marks it delivered does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
Please contact us promptly.
We may review:
-
carrier tracking;
-
delivery scan;
-
delivery photograph;
-
GPS information where available;
-
address information;
-
signature confirmation;
-
local carrier information;
-
customer communications;
-
and other relevant evidence.
We may also ask the customer to contact the carrier or local delivery office as part of the investigation.
Each case may be reviewed individually.
17. Theft After Delivery
Customers are encouraged to use a secure shipping address.
Where carrier evidence reasonably confirms successful delivery, loss or theft occurring after delivery may be outside our direct control.
A stolen-package allegation after confirmed delivery does not automatically require Clean Shoes Club™ to issue a refund or replacement, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may nevertheless assist with carrier information or review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
18. Delivery Instructions
If a customer gives a carrier permission to:
-
leave a package unattended;
-
deliver without signature;
-
place a package at a specified location;
-
redirect the parcel;
-
deliver to a neighbor;
-
deliver to a parcel locker;
-
or otherwise modify delivery,
risks arising specifically from those customer-authorized instructions may be considered when evaluating a later loss or delivery claim.
19. Lost Packages
A package is not automatically considered lost merely because delivery is delayed or tracking temporarily stops updating.
A shipment may be treated as potentially lost when:
-
the carrier declares it lost;
-
tracking shows circumstances reasonably consistent with loss;
-
the carrier investigation confirms loss;
-
the fulfillment partner confirms loss;
-
or tracking remains inactive for a period reasonably sufficient to justify investigation based on the carrier and service used.
We do not apply a single universal number of days to every carrier and destination because shipping systems differ.
20. Lost Package Investigation
If a shipment appears lost, contact:
We may initiate or request:
-
carrier investigation;
-
fulfillment investigation;
-
tracking review;
-
address verification;
-
delivery confirmation;
-
or other reasonable verification.
Customers may be required to cooperate with the carrier investigation.
Where a package is confirmed lost and the customer is not responsible for the loss, we may provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement or refund.
21. Missing Tracking Updates
Temporary lack of tracking updates is not by itself grounds for immediate refund.
International shipments in particular may experience periods without visible scans while moving between:
-
export facilities;
-
air transport;
-
customs;
-
logistics partners;
-
and local delivery networks.
If tracking remains inactive for an unusually long period, please contact us for review.
22. Customs Delays
International shipments may be reviewed by customs or other governmental authorities.
Customs processing is outside our direct control and may cause delivery delays.
A customs delay alone does not automatically mean that the order is lost or refundable.
Where applicable law creates cancellation or refund rights because of a prolonged delay, those rights remain unaffected.
23. Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Depending on destination and applicable law, an international shipment may be subject to:
-
customs duties;
-
import taxes;
-
VAT;
-
GST;
-
brokerage charges;
-
clearance fees;
-
or other governmental charges.
Where such charges are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for payment unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not control charges imposed by foreign governments, customs agencies, or independent carriers.
24. Refusal to Pay Customs Charges
If a customer refuses to pay a legally applicable import charge and the package is therefore refused, abandoned, destroyed, or returned, any refund may be reduced by shipping, customs, brokerage, return, or other costs incurred as a result, where legally permitted.
No refund can be guaranteed for a shipment abandoned or destroyed by customs because of customer refusal to complete required import procedures.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
25. Customs Information
Customers are responsible for providing any information reasonably required by customs or the carrier for lawful delivery.
Failure to respond to customs or carrier requests may result in delay, return, abandonment, or other delivery problems.
26. Refused Deliveries
If a properly addressed shipment is deliberately refused by the customer without prior authorization from us, the shipment may be treated as a return only after it reaches an appropriate return facility.
Refund eligibility will then be determined under our Refund & Return Policy.
Original shipping, return shipping, customs, handling, or related costs may be deducted where legally permitted.
27. Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for collecting shipments where a carrier requires pickup.
If a package remains unclaimed and is returned to sender or another fulfillment facility, the customer may be responsible for reasonable reshipping or return-related costs.
We cannot guarantee a refund before the returned shipment is confirmed or otherwise resolved.
28. Failed Delivery Attempts
Carriers may make one or more delivery attempts.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and responding to carrier notices where reasonably necessary.
If delivery fails because the customer repeatedly fails to collect or accept the parcel, additional charges may apply where legally permitted.
29. Return to Sender
Packages may be returned to sender because of:
-
incorrect address;
-
incomplete address;
-
failed delivery;
-
refusal;
-
customs issues;
-
recipient unavailable;
-
unclaimed shipment;
-
or carrier error.
A return-to-sender scan does not automatically mean that a refund has already been approved.
The circumstances of the return will first be reviewed.
30. Reshipping Returned Orders
Where a shipment is returned because of customer-provided incorrect information, refusal, non-collection, or another customer-caused issue, we may offer reshipment subject to payment of additional shipping costs.
Where the return resulted from our error, we will handle reasonable reshipping costs as appropriate.
31. Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product before discarding anything.
Contact us within the reporting period specified in our Refund & Return Policy.
We may require:
-
photographs of the outer package;
-
photographs of the product;
-
shipping label;
-
packaging materials;
-
and other reasonable evidence.
Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim has been reviewed if possible.
32. Missing Items
If an item appears missing from a package, first verify whether the order was divided into multiple shipments.
If the shipment is complete but an item is genuinely missing, contact us promptly with:
-
order number;
-
photographs of the received contents;
-
photographs of the packaging;
-
shipping label;
-
and other information reasonably necessary to review the claim.
33. Wrong Items
Incorrect product, quantity, color, or variation claims are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
Please document the package and item promptly after delivery.
34. Delivery to Freight Forwarders or Reshipping Services
If a customer voluntarily directs an order to:
-
freight forwarder;
-
package forwarding service;
-
reshipping service;
-
hotel;
-
commercial receiving agent;
-
or another third-party delivery intermediary,
delivery to that customer-selected intermediary may be considered delivery to the designated shipping destination to the extent permitted by law.
Clean Shoes Club™ is generally not responsible for loss, damage, repackaging, delay, misdelivery, or handling occurring after a customer-selected forwarding service receives the package.
35. PO Boxes, Military Addresses, and Remote Locations
Availability of delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, islands, territories, rural regions, and other remote locations depends on the carrier and shipping service available for the order.
Certain addresses may require:
-
different carriers;
-
additional transit time;
-
alternative delivery methods;
-
or cancellation if no reasonable delivery service is available.
We may contact the customer if additional address information is required.
36. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipment to a destination where:
-
shipping is unavailable;
-
shipping is prohibited;
-
sanctions or legal restrictions apply;
-
the carrier cannot reasonably service the location;
-
fraud risk is unacceptable;
-
or fulfillment is otherwise impractical.
If we cancel an unshipped paid order for such a reason, an appropriate refund will be issued.
37. Carrier Selection
We may select or change the carrier or shipping service used to fulfill an order unless the customer purchased a specifically guaranteed carrier service that requires otherwise.
Carrier selection may depend on:
-
destination;
-
parcel size;
-
fulfillment facility;
-
service availability;
-
cost;
-
delivery performance;
-
and logistics requirements.
A different carrier from one previously used for another order is not in itself a fulfillment error.
38. Carrier Transfers
Some shipments may be handled by more than one carrier.
For example, an international logistics provider may transport the package into the destination country and then transfer it to a local postal or courier service.
This may result in:
-
additional tracking numbers;
-
tracking gaps;
-
duplicate delivery estimates;
-
or temporary status changes.
These events do not automatically indicate a shipping problem.
39. Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation may be used for certain orders at our discretion or where available.
Where valid signature confirmation shows receipt at the shipping address, that evidence may be considered in evaluating a delivery dispute.
40. Delivery Photographs and GPS Records
Some carriers provide delivery photographs, GPS coordinates, timestamps, or similar electronic delivery evidence.
Where available, such information may be used to investigate:
-
non-delivery claims;
-
missing-package claims;
-
address disputes;
-
and payment disputes.
41. Cancellation Before Shipment
Our cancellation terms are described in our Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy.
Because fulfillment may begin quickly, customers should submit cancellation requests within 30 minutes after purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but a request made during that period does not guarantee cancellation if fulfillment has already begun.
42. Cancellation After Shipment
Once merchandise has been physically handed to a carrier, an order generally cannot be canceled as an unshipped order.
Where applicable, customers may instead follow the return procedures after delivery.
This does not limit rights arising from an unlawful or excessively delayed shipment under applicable law.
43. Original Shipping Charges
Shipping charges originally paid by the customer are generally non-refundable for ordinary change-of-mind returns.
This rule does not apply where:
-
applicable law requires reimbursement;
-
we cancel an unshipped order;
-
we are unable to ship merchandise as legally required;
-
or the shipping charge must otherwise be refunded because of our error.
44. Expedited or Premium Shipping
Where premium or expedited shipping is offered, the selected service generally refers to the applicable carrier service after order processing.
The typical 1–3 business-day processing period may still apply unless the applicable shipping option expressly states that expedited processing is included.
A customer is not automatically entitled to a refund of premium shipping charges because of a carrier delay outside our control, except where we expressly guaranteed a delivery date or applicable law provides otherwise.
45. Promotional Free Shipping
“Free shipping” means the customer is not separately charged the applicable standard outbound shipping fee for the qualifying order.
It does not mean that shipping has no operational cost.
If a customer makes a return, any return-shipping responsibility is determined by our Refund & Return Policy.
46. Changes to Shipping Services
We may modify available shipping methods, carriers, regions, or rates prospectively.
Changes will not be used to impose an undisclosed additional charge on an already completed order without customer authorization where such authorization is legally required.
47. Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control
Shipping may be disrupted by extraordinary circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
-
severe weather;
-
earthquakes;
-
floods;
-
fires;
-
war;
-
civil unrest;
-
terrorism;
-
epidemics or pandemics;
-
government actions;
-
transportation shutdowns;
-
customs shutdowns;
-
labor disputes;
-
widespread carrier outages;
-
infrastructure failure;
-
or similar extraordinary events.
We will make reasonable efforts to manage affected orders.
Nothing in this section eliminates mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law.
48. Fraudulent Shipping Claims
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive shipping claims.
Examples may include:
-
repeated false non-delivery claims;
-
contradictory delivery information;
-
altered tracking screenshots;
-
manipulated photographs;
-
falsely claiming a delivered package was never received;
-
submitting multiple claims for the same shipment;
-
or attempting to obtain both the merchandise and a refund through deception.
We may provide relevant evidence to carriers, payment processors, banks, card networks, insurers, law enforcement, or other appropriate parties where permitted by law.
Legitimate claims will not be refused merely because fraud-prevention procedures exist.
49. Chargebacks Relating to Shipping
If a customer opens a payment dispute concerning delivery, we may submit relevant documentation to the payment processor, issuing bank, card network, or other financial institution.
Evidence may include:
-
tracking records;
-
shipping address;
-
order confirmation;
-
delivery confirmation;
-
carrier scans;
-
delivery photographs;
-
GPS information;
-
signature confirmation;
-
customer communications;
-
policy disclosures;
-
carrier investigation results;
-
and other relevant records.
Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising lawful dispute rights.
50. Customer Cooperation
To investigate a shipping issue, we may reasonably require the customer to cooperate by providing information such as:
-
order number;
-
delivery address;
-
tracking number;
-
photographs;
-
carrier correspondence;
-
delivery notices;
-
confirmation of household checks;
-
or other relevant information.
Failure to provide reasonably necessary information may prevent us from verifying a claim.
51. No Automatic Refund Based on a Shipping Claim
Submitting a late-delivery, non-delivery, lost-package, stolen-package, damaged-package, customs, or tracking claim does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Each case may be reviewed based on:
-
tracking information;
-
carrier records;
-
customer-provided information;
-
fulfillment records;
-
applicable law;
-
and the circumstances of the shipment.
52. Relationship With Refund & Return Policy
This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Refund & Return Policy.
If a package is successfully delivered and the customer wishes to return the product, the Refund & Return Policy applies.
If the issue concerns shipment, transit, tracking, or delivery, this Shipping Policy applies together with any relevant provisions of the Refund & Return Policy.
53. Relationship With Terms of Service
This Shipping Policy forms part of the terms governing purchases from Clean Shoes Club™.
Our Terms of Service contain additional provisions regarding:
-
orders;
-
fulfillment;
-
liability;
-
disputes;
-
product use;
-
force majeure;
-
and other matters.
54. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to eliminate, reduce, or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable consumer law provides mandatory shipping, cancellation, refund, or delivery rights that conflict with a provision of this Policy, the mandatory law will control.
55. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
-
carriers;
-
fulfillment operations;
-
shipping destinations;
-
business practices;
-
technology;
-
or legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date.
Changes will generally apply prospectively to future orders, except where law permits or requires otherwise.
